Shipping and Returns

The delivery takes place immediately after receipt of payment. With standard shipping, the delivery time for packages is 1–3 working days within the UAE and 4–14 working days within the GCC countries. Shipments will be handled by UPS, SAMSA, Mirsal, or DHL, depending on our logistics partners.

The flat-rate delivery fee for orders within the UAE is AED 30 per order. Orders with a value of AED 1,000 or more qualify for free delivery within the UAE.

Complaints regarding the content of the shipment must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receiving the goods. Purchased goods may be returned within 14 days without providing a reason, provided they are complete, unused, and in the original packaging. Incomplete returns will not be processed and will be returned to the buyer.
Our company reserves the right not to deliver orders in whole or in part if the buyer does not fully meet agreed obligations.

Goods remain the property of Tiens UAE until all outstanding payments arising from the business relationship have been received. This includes any conditional claims. The buyer may resell goods in the ordinary course of business but may not transfer ownership as security or pledge them. Any claims from such resale are deemed assigned to Tiens UAE. Tiens UAE may revoke the right to collect these assigned claims at any time. Assignment or pledging of these claims is only permitted with the written consent of Tiens UAE.

Payment options within the UAE include:

• Cash on delivery (where available)
• Bank transfer
• Secure online payment gateways commonly accepted in the UAE (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.)
